Our Maida (Mulit PurposeWheat flour) is used extensively in all Bakery products like Bread, Curry Puffs, Buns, Cakes, Rolls etc. We are known for premium grade of Multi-purpose flour. We also manufacture Maida used in Noodle manufacturing, fryums, wafers, biscuits, cookies etc. Indian savories and sweets like samosa, mysore bajji, parota, batura, roomali roti, balushahi, feni, sohan papdi are also made from our Maida i.e. wheat flour.
Due to the high protein content of the Maida, even aquaculture businesses like fish feed and shrimp feed manufactures purchase Maida.
Chakki Atta made from Whole Wheat grain (also known as Wholte Wheat flour)is used for making pooris, rotis and chappatis.
Sooji also known as Bombay Rawa or Wheat Semolina is widely ised for making Upma, Rawa Idly, Rawa Kesari sweet, Pani Poori, Laddu and sometimes Pasta.
Bran is used for animal fodder applications like Cattle feed, Horse feed and sometimes even fish feed. We manufacture three grades of bran i.e. Deluxe Bran which is super fine bran; Rough Bran which is the standard bran quality and also Bran Flakes which is flaky in nature. The prices vary throughout the year and we primarily supply bran to Orissa, Tamilnadu, Pondicherry and Karnataka.
Bran is also known as Wheat Pollard and Coarse Wheat Feed.
